Nro. 019-017/19, de fecha 30 de abril de 2019, ha aprobado el "REGLAMENTO DE INFRACCIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS Y EL PROCEDIMIENTO A SEGUIR EN LOS SUMARIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DISPUESTOS EN COMISI&OacuteN DE INFRACCIONES POR PARTE DE LAS PATRONALES, CONFORME AL ART. 3 DE LA LEY Nro. 5655/16" </FONT></p>
	<p><FONT COLOR="BLACK">Dicho Reglamento contempla una graduaci&oacuten de infracciones y se establecen mecanismos de aplicaci&oacuten basados en criterios de econom&iacutea, simplicidad de tr&aacutemites y transparencia.</FONT></p>
	<p><FONT COLOR="BLACK">El objetivo principal de lo aprobado es incentivar y promocionar las buenas pr&aacutecticas en lo que respecta al cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad social.<FONT COLOR="GRAY"> </FONT></p>
